Attention Parents of Blue Fish Pediatrics:
We would like to remind you that we are holding an H1N1 flu vaccine clinic for our patients who have not yet received their FIRST immunization.
Please come to the south side of Medical Plaza III on the ground floor to receive a ticket for your appointment prior to coming up to the office.
Also, please note that the ticket itself is for BOTH today's clinic and the corresponding Booster Clinic to be held January 9th.
