Attention parents of Blue Fish Pediatrics: We do not currently have any injectable H1N1 flu vaccine in stock. We are hoping to receive our first shipment of injectable H1N1 flu vaccine from the State prior to our first H1N1 flu vaccine clinic scheduled for November 7th. We will keep posting updates to the availability of our vaccines as our shipments arrive.
Please remember that November 7th will be the first of several H1N1 flu vaccine clinics. The flu vaccine will be available ONLY to Blue Fish patients. Patients 2 years and older will be given the intranasal vaccine, unless they are considered high-risk patients (i.e. asthmatic). High risk patients will receive an injectable H1N1 flu vaccine (when available). Patients under 2 years old will receive an injectable H1N1 flu vaccine (when available). An intranasal vaccine cannot be given within 28 days of another intranasal vaccine.
