We would like to announce that due to popular demand, Blue Fish Pediatrics is now offering while-you-wait service on any school or athletic forms. You can now bring a form into our office and have it filled out and signed while you wait.* A $30 service fee will be charged. The standard 1 business week policy on school/athletic forms is, of course, always free.
