Attention Parents of Blue Fish Pediatrics:
Summer is almost here! We at Blue Fish Pediatrics want to remind our families that any forms for camp or school need to be submitted at least one week (5 business days) in advance to ensure that we don’t encroach on any deadlines. If any forms are submitted with less than a week, we can’t guarantee they’ll be completed on time.
